Designing a Display Book Cover

I like a good fantasy role-playing adventure and recently I was the DM for a campaign. It was a really great way to spend time during the pandemic. As part of my work as the DM, I took notes in a little book. But now that the campaign has come to an end I’m left with an old notebook. I wanted to hold onto it as a sort of relic of the adventure. So, I set about making a custom book cover for it featuring: a beholder.

It was a really interesting project (I had never quite done anything like this). I was able to use some glass beads for the smaller eyes and paint on a bigger eye. It was a lot of fun to make. Make sure you check out the video and the pictures below.
